It all begins with an idea.

At Imagine Equality, it's all about you. Funded and led by Lea Wiviott Boracchia and Marc Boracchia, along with the support of our dedicated community, we're on a mission to create a better future for all.

Our journey began with a vision to make a real impact, driven by the belief that everyone deserves a chance to thrive. We've seen firsthand the power of nurturing communities, and it's during these moments that we find our greatest happiness.

Marc and Lea both grew up in philanthropy and don’t know a world without consistent giving back. Marc’s family has a foundation to give back for homeless and re-integrating into the community which is similar to what Imagine Equality is doing. Lea’s family has donated immense hours and money to causes for children and optimizing land use, notably Leo Tugenberg Park, which is named after her Great Grandfather.

A feeling of belonging is critical to success. The local community of Tiburon, CA where this park is was very much a part of this park project with smaller donations and opportunities to create the art and name plaques around the park’s sandbox.

Lea and Marc personally have served on Big Brothers Big Sisters, Lea having much experience on the local board there too; and of course as mentors to two incredible little girls who are now beautiful grown women. Marc mentored one of their brothers and committed his time to motivational speaking at the high schools to steer young minds away from drugs. They still speak at schools most recently Lea spoke at La Quinta Middle School about prudent financial management.

Imagine Equality is not just a charity; it's the start of a movement. As business owners, and community builders, we understand the importance of leadership and skill-building, and we're here to lead the way. As wealth managers and having served on various boards, including Lea as a member of Junior League for 7 years and then now a sustainer, where through Enabling Funds she earned the nonprofit for juvenile justice a JL grant by advocating on their behalf; and Marc as part of Guardsmen in San Francisco; the duo understand how to apply and maintain books and fundraising records. They’re focus is also very clear.

Juvenile justice, reintegration into the communities, fighting homeless and protecting the kids are what Imagine Equality does. It achieves this through connecting hegemons with emerging leaders. Through your generations donations and support, we have the resources to host workshops to build these skills.

Lea actually won a community service award from the county of Marin and has been featured in the local Marin newspaper for her philanthropic efforts. Lea and Marc are pillars of the community.

During the pandemic the duo relocated to Greater Palm Springs; and we're so excited that Imagine Equality, with the guidance of its leaders, is nurturing a community of leaders. But our aspirations go beyond these boundaries. Our success will be measured by the transformation of those who once faced homelessness or challenging circumstances into individuals who have regained their footing and are ready to lead.

One of our proudest achievements is our apprentice program, where individuals like our very own first apprentice through the program, who was homeless just six months ago, will soon be sharing their inspiring stories. Giving back and being part of this transformative journey feels incredible.

So, join us as an apprentice, a mentor, or however you see fit, and let's create a legacy together. Imagine how you want your mark on the world to look, and let's make it happen. At Imagine Equality, it's all about real impact, and together, we can change lives and build a brighter future. Stay tuned, because the movement is really just beginning in town near you.
